Do you represent a Public Agency, Contractor or Private Owner?
Right now, you have the opportunity to share your views on Alternate Project Delivery by participating in the Alternate Project Delivery Survey. The survey will be used to develop a Project Delivery Matrix that will identify the delivery methods being used by Agencies, Contractors and Owners as well as analyze the future of these delivery methods across our region.

Delivery Quality in the new millennium On August 11, 2010, at San Diego State University (SDSU), RCPC conducted a five-hour Symposium of fifty of the region’s top Subject Matter Experts in facilitated three-hour high-level discussions intended to explore the current condition of each issue, potential future goals and targets for the year 2020, an analysis of what’s working and not working on each issue, and a plan to move the region to the best utilization of people, teamwork, tools and technology to bring value to the people of the San Diego region.
